Hongqiang Ren, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and dean of School of Environment, Yuan Zhou, deputy secretary of Party Committee of school, Qing Zhou, deputy dean of school, and representatives of teachers faculties and students had an in-depth exchange on school-enterprise cooperation with Beijing Water Group.
Hongqiang Ren extended a warm welcome to all the entrepreneurs of Beijing Control Water Group for their visit and expressed his heartfelt thanks to Beijing Control Water Group for its long-term attention and support to the development of the school. He said that the development of environmental discipline facing the national demand in the new era urgently needs to deepen the integration of industry and education. He hoped that the school could would carry out in-depth cooperation with Beijing Control Water Group to explore a new mode of cooperation mode between the university and enterprise in order to promote scientific and technological innovation and talent development in the ecological environmental industry.

He said that environmental companies need to have a strong application of for practical ability, professional knowledge, easy to integrate into the enterprise team group and team spiritwork together these characteristics. Finally, he encouraged students to practice in enterprises during the study period and participate in the whole process of practice personally, so as to have a deep understanding of their own fitness degree with the enterprise and make appropriate preparation for the future choice of development direction.
